5-7 Business Days
That's the amount of time it's supposed to be until we have the elusive birth certificate in our hands.

At this point, if I were you, I would be tempted to take Ann to the very place where the certificate is issued, demand to see THE person who generates it, and say, "See? She's real. She had a BIRTH! Could you get on with the certificate already, please?!"
